Brief Biography and or accomplishements
Dr. Noutfia Younes (M), native of Tangier-Morocco, is the head of Agrifood and quality department at INRA Morocco. His skills are focused on food technology and food analysis. His main areas of research concern the characterization, valorisation and conservation (cold storage and also drying technics) of local products of the oases regions of Southern Morocco: date fruits, goat dairy products, figs, etc. He has authored and co-authored more than 20 papers in the field of his expertise.
