Brief Biography and or accomplishements
Dr MOKRINI is a researcher of Plant Pathology/Plant Nematology at National Institute of Agriculture Research (INRA). In 2005 he graduated as Agricultural Engineer (BSc) in Plant Protection at Hassan II Institute of Agronomy & Veterinary Medicine - Rabat, Morocco and his PhD degree (2016) in Plant Nematology at Ghent University, Belgium. Since 2006, he has been working as a researcher (head of nematology lab) at the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INRA). In his lab, a solid background on Plant Parasitic Nematodes (PPN) in Morocco is established. This includes morphological and molecular characterization of PPN as well as developing new management methods to reduce nematode and inset pest damage in agriculture.
